This is a close one! Both programs have their drawbacks, but there is no denying the positive impact these programs have had on the industry of weight loss!
Weight Watchers - Pros: Weight Watchers is probably the most popular diet program ... and with good reason! Their support groups and training systems have been extremely successful, and at this point is considered to be the fact that people are much more likely to lose weight and keep it off, if they are responsible for a coach or support group.
Weight Watchers - Cons: The process of measuring food and counting "points" is not just a pain in the neck ... It is not the best way to eat for weight loss! Much of the weight Watcher's diet advice is based on research from the 70s and 80s it told us that he was "all about counting calories." Those of us who have kept up with the latest research to understand that this is not about eating "less food", it's about to eat "real food !"

South Beach - Cons: the South Beach diet is just that ... dijeta.Dijetom can only do so much. This is not a complete lifestyle system and does not provide the support you get from Weight Watchers.

That being said .... both of these programs are incomplete. How to lose weight and keep it off, you have to fix your metabolism! This can be done by changing lifestyles and eating the right foods! If you are serious about losing weight and keeping off, I suggest that any combination of two or more to find the complete program.
